CBP Form 3461 enables quick release of cargo before formal entry, allowing for expedited processing of time-sensitive shipments while final entry documentation is being prepared.
Creating a 3461 Entry
1. Navigate to Customs > Form 3461 > Immediate Delivery. 2. Click + Add to open the Create Immediate Delivery page. 3. Input Required Information:
Entry Info: Include port details and entry numbers
Importer/Consignee Info: Provide identification and contact details
Port/Location Info: Enter port and arrival specifics
Ultimate Consignee Info: Include consignee numbers
Transportation Info: Add vessel and voyage details
Line Items Info: Enter product details and classification
Header Reference Info: Include reference numbers and certifications
