OMS Overview
OMS is an order dispatching system designed to push sales Orders to specific warehouses based on the configuration of order routing rules. You can manage various types of orders including PR (Purchase Request), PO (Purchase Order), QO (Quote Order), SO (Sales Order), DO (Delivery Order), and WO (Work Order), as well as Order Routing and Data Mapping features.
Data mapping ensures a seamless workflow and accurate order fulfillment by maintaining data consistency through mappings for shipment services, UOM (Unit of Measure), Product, and Freight Terms.
Additionally, OMS integrates Channel Integration (supporting sales channels, carriers, and WMS integration) alongside features for Product, Shipment, and Inventory from item systems. This integration allows for quick access to related info and configurations across your sales channels, ensuring an unified approach to managing orders.
